About Audio Productions Company

Audio Productions Company was founded in 1974 after recognizing the need for a sound service specifically for seminar, conference, and convention requirements. With ten years of remote broadcast and live recording experience, plus as many years in theater sound, Audio Productions began serving the Central Texas area, working seminars and conferences, and continuing theater sound activities in university campus settings around the country. Several of our original clients continue to depend on Audio Productions’ services in the Austin area.

Audio Productions is not in direct competition with local audio-visual service companies, nor with the larger sound and recording companies located in the Live Music Capitol of the World. Rather, we focus on conferences which can benefit from an experienced operator with quality sound equipment and toward recording services for the many classical chamber groups and choirs which Central Texans are privileged to enjoy.

Please be aware that Audio Productions' engineers have significant experience in classical music and speech recording and sound reinforcement, and operate systems accordingly. Rock, heavy metal, and other obnoxiously loud, hearing-damaging music styles are not our forte nor our interest.

On January 1, 2002, Audio Productions Company began operating as a limited liability company under the continuous original ownership. Registered in the State of Texas, Audio Productions LLC will continue to do business as Audio Productions Company.
