Seminar and Convention Services in the Austin, Texas, area

Audio Productions Company provides an experienced audio engineer with the required sound and recording equipment for seminars and conventions. With an operated system, only the microphones in use are turned on; there is far less chance of annoying feedback, and the volume will be adjusted for each individual presenter.

If your meeting requires multiple microphones, quick changes of stage or head table settings, microphones, direct boxes for live music, a CD/DVD player, or film, computer, and video interfaces, Audio Productions has the answer to your audio requirements with recording and broadcast quality equipment.

Additionally, Audio Productions can record your meeting and provide off-site compact disc duplication services. All recordings are mastered digitally and can be edited if desired before duplication, optionally assembled into CD albums, then shipped to the purchasers. Unlike on-site duplication services using cassettes for masters, duplication which originates from digital masters are less noisy, and there are no gaps in the recording where the cassette recorder reverses at the end of each side of the tape.

If you prefer on-site duplication, Audio Productions can provide an audio feed to an on-site contractor. Similarly, isolated audio feeds can be provided for a video contractor, news reporters, or telephone or satellite feeds.

All recordings made by Audio Productions are considered to be the intellectual property of the client, and security of such rights is an important issue in our operation. Masters are generally retained by the client for long-term archival purposes, or by Audio Productions for a year or more, depending on the agreement.

For meetings in hotels and convention centers, Audio Productions normally interfaces to the house sound system, but where the local sound system is inadequate or does not exist, AP can also provide amplifiers and speakers to supplement or replace the house system.
